Sobriety Central is a men's 12-step sober living. Our vision is to provide a safe structured sober environment for men starting on the road to recovery from drugs and alcohol. Whether coming from a residential treatment facility or any institution the transition into this new way of life can be confusing and difficult without help. We are here to help.

We know that the disease of alcoholism and drug addiction affect the mind, body and the spirit - and so we believe the recovery process should address all these areas as well. If you're serious about recovery and still want to have fun, Sobriety Central is the home for you. We will walk with you and show you how to move on in your life without having to pick up drugs or alcohol again!

    The gracious Dutch colonial-style house called Stepping Stones, where Bill W., AA’s cofounder, lived with his wife, Lois, for the last 30 years of his life, has been considered a national landmark for the last six years. Visited by thousands of AA and Al-Anon members every year, the house is a monument to the interconnected fellowships and the couple who were instrumental in founding them.
  • Join Recovery Month activities to reduce stress
    This year, Recovery Month, sponsored each September by SAMHSA, is raising awareness about the increasing level of stress in society and the impact it has on addiction.
  • Young People to Celebrate Sobriety at International Conference
    For four days at the end of this month, August 26-29, 2010, over three thousand sober alcoholics, ranging in age from their early teens to their twenties and beyond, will convene in New York City’s Times Square to share their experience, strength, and hope in recovery.
